                 Attending school is very important because it is the only time you will get something greatly beneficial for free. School for students might be boring, however students are unaware they are here to be educated and they sometimes do not recognize the importance of having education, as well as how many doors education opens. Obtaining a higher education means you can relate what you are being taught in school and compare or familiarize with other objects as well as situations you confront, or understand the reason for why something is a specific way. Without education people who are educated and impious might find it easier to take advantage of someone who is uneducated. Oppression can prevent by having a high education. In the time of slavery African Americans were being oppressed and when an opportunity to participate and fight back was given, they were not able to succeed yet because they were not educated at the time. Laws that had been made such as the Grandfather clause purposely prevented them from their rights to voting. Since African Americans were deprived from education they were not aware the law violated the fifteenth amendment. Therefore African Americans were not able to fight back because of lack of education.  In order to not be treated as inferior or as an object you must be educated to recognize what is correct thing to do and to realize when government is injustice or trying to take advantage. Education also determines if you will obtain a higher income or if you will work at a minimum wage job. Being able to go to school is a great advantage United States has for everyone, and people should use it while they have the opportunity while other countries people are being killed because of their desire to obtain education.

    If I could have the ability to speak to an animal my choice would be to speak to a dog. Dogs have always been "man's best friend", keeping us company when we are lonely; they have rescued humans, and have been helping as service dogs for many years for people who are blind or disabled. A dog would be an interesting animal to communicate with knowing they have accomplished many tasks that are challenging for many other species of animals. Dogs are very intelligent animals and I think besides being used to guide disabled people, taking them to war or being used for other tasks like search dogs, are tasks that some dogs are forced to do because of our convenience. Since we cannot communicate with dogs we never considered what is preferable for dogs.

Dogs do not chose weather they will be tortured by an owner or where they will choose to take their lives to next, however we do. There are many dogs that are neglected by their owners, living in bad conditions as well as dogs that are taken to war. Knowing how intelligent they are, they do understand and know when they are being mistreated, and they feel emotions the same as humans do by expressing their feelings in physical ways, however they cannot speak to us and tell us how they feel. Dogs have never been able to tell us how they feel about participating in wars, or how they feel when we make them perform tasks that will mostly benefit humans. Therefore I would communicate with a dog to understand their psychological side; we might be surprised to see what they think about us humans.
